Leave Milford Community Electricity

If you have submitted this by the opt-out deadline, you will not be automatically enrolled in the Program. If this is received after the deadline, there may be a one to two month delay in removing you from the Program. If you do not wish to participate in the community electricity program, please complete the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, Direct Energy, at (866) 968-8065.

There are no penalties or fees associated with opting out. Once you have opted out, your supply will revert back to National Grid Basic Service on the next available meter read date for your account. Please note, if you are a residential or small commercial account holder, you may re-enroll in the Program at a later date with no associated re-enrollment fees, but are not guaranteed the original program rate. The aggregation program rate will be reflected on the account holder’s utility bill on the next available billing cycle.

This is a four letter code located in the blue column on the left side of your National Grid bill, under the ‘Enrollment Information’ header, after the phrase ‘Cycle: #’. It could be on page 1 or 2. (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account, or first four letters of the commercial account name).
